What we collect

To provide our services we may collect and store the following merchant/shop data:

• Theme and theme files (for example theme export ZIPs) necessary to build or adapt your storefront.
• Product details such as product title, description, images, variants and associated metadata used to implement design changes.
• Collection information (collection titles, handles) to correctly apply templates and features.
• Basic store info like store name, domain, currency and page-related data required to deliver the requested service.

Why we collect this data

These details are required so our designers and engineers can implement your requested store improvements and deliver the final files. Without access to the theme, product data and collections we cannot rebuild, customize or export the design assets you ordered.

How we use and protect your data

We use the collected data solely to perform the services you requested and to communicate about your order. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure.

We will never sell your data to third parties. We do not share your private store information with advertisers or unrelated organizations.

Retention and deletion

Data collected for an order (theme files, product CSVs, images, etc.) will be retained as long as needed to complete the service. If you uninstall our app, we will remove your stored data in accordance with Shopify's uninstall flow and our internal retention rules. You may also request immediate deletion of your data at any time — see the contact section below.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the data we hold about your store, request corrections, and ask for deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and provide the store domain and order id (if applicable) so we can quickly locate the relevant information.
